What this page is for

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your AI Voice Generator account and the data stored with it. You do not need to have the app installed to make a request.

How to request deletion

Send an email to hello@ajmee.net from the same email address you use to sign in to the app. We use this to verify the request is really yours — we cannot delete an account on the word of a different address.
Use the subject line Account deletion request, and tell us whether you signed in with an email and password or with Google.
We confirm by reply once the deletion is done.

Subject: Account deletion request - AI Voice Generator Hello, I would like to request deletion of my AI Voice Generator account and all data associated with it. Account email: Signed in with (email and password / Google): I understand this is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

When we action your request, we permanently delete:

Your account record, including your email address and, if you used Google Sign-In, the Google account identifier linked to it.
Every voice generation in your library — the text you submitted and the audio files created from it.
Your saved favourites, daily usage counters and any ad credits on the account.
The push-notification token registered for your device.

This cannot be undone. Download anything you want to keep before you send the request.

What we keep, and for how long

Purchase and transaction records — if you ever bought a subscription, we keep the record of that transaction for as long as tax, accounting and refund obligations require. It is kept separately from your account and is not used to identify you as a user.
Abuse-prevention records — if an account was blocked for abuse of the free tier, we may retain the minimum technical record needed to stop the same abuse being repeated.

Everything else is removed. We do not keep a copy of your text or audio after deletion.

Important: cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because subscriptions are managed by Google Play and not by us. If you have an active Pro plan, cancel it first, or Google will keep billing you.

On your phone: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AI Voice Generator → Cancel subscription. You can also cancel at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

How long it takes

We action verified requests within 30 days of receiving them, and normally much sooner. If we need anything else to verify that the account is yours, we will reply and ask.

Deleting only some of your data

If you do not want to lose your whole account, you do not have to. Inside the app you can delete individual generations from your library at any time, which removes both the text and the audio from our servers while leaving your account intact.
